1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any PredictDocs website, product, or service — including FormPilot AI — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using PredictDocs on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organisation.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our products or services.

2. About PredictDocs and Our Products

PredictDocs is a company building AI-powered document and workflow products for modern teams. Our current and planned products include:

• FormPilot AI: An AI-powered platform for creating guided form workflows, autofilling fields from documents, routing submissions for review, and managing approval stages. FormPilot AI is currently in early access.
• Future PredictDocs products: Additional tools for document intelligence, workflow automation, and team approvals are in development. These Terms will apply to future products unless separate terms are published for them.

PredictDocs products are designed for business and professional use. They are not intended for consumer or personal use unrelated to work.

3. Early Access and Beta Products

FormPilot AI and other PredictDocs products may be offered as early access or beta releases. By using an early access product, you acknowledge that:

• The product is still under active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behaviour.
• Features, interfaces, and data structures may change without notice during early access.
• Early access is provided at PredictDocs' discretion and may be revoked at any time.
• We may ask for feedback and use aggregate usage data to improve the product. We will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts and Access

To use FormPilot AI or other PredictDocs products, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at support@predictdocs.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use PredictDocs products, including FormPilot AI, only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our products to create, distribute, or process content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Upload or process personally identifiable information belonging to individuals without appropriate legal authority or consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary logic of FormPilot AI or any other PredictDocs product.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our products in ways that circumvent intended usage limits.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or network infrastructure.
• Use our products to generate or distribute spam, malware, or any content designed to deceive users.
• Sublicense, resell, or offer PredictDocs products as a service to third parties without our written consent.

6. FormPilot AI — Specific Terms

6.1 AI-Generated Content

FormPilot AI uses artificial intelligence to generate form templates, suggest field completions, and assist with workflow configuration. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated forms, fields, or workflows before use.
• PredictDocs does not warrant that AI-generated outputs are legally sufficient for any specific regulatory, compliance, or contractual requirement.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload in FormPilot AI, including form templates, document uploads, and field data. By using FormPilot AI, you grant PredictDocs a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the services you have requested. We will not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

6.3 Sensitive Data

FormPilot AI may be used for workflows involving sensitive business information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of FormPilot AI complies with all applicable data protection laws and internal policies when processing sensitive data through the platform.

6.4 Integrations and Exports

FormPilot AI may allow you to export form data or connect to third-party tools. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to those third parties' own terms and privacy policies. PredictDocs is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

6.5 Customer Responsibility for Created Content

Customers are solely responsible for all content, forms, workflows, landing pages, documents, and applications created using the PredictDocs platform. PredictDocs does not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content you create, publish, or deploy through its products.

7. Intellectual Property

All PredictDocs products, including FormPilot AI, and all related software, designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation are owned by PredictDocs or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

The PredictDocs name, logo, and the FormPilot AI name and branding are trademarks of PredictDocs. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our products for your internal business purposes.

8. Fees and Payment

Access to PredictDocs products during the early access period may be provided at no charge or at a stated price. If paid plans are introduced:

• Pricing and payment terms will be disclosed before any charges apply.
• Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

9. Privacy

Your use of PredictDocs products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our products, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PredictDocs products, including FormPilot AI, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictDocs disclaims all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs from FormPilot AI.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PredictDocs and its officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of PredictDocs products will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to PredictDocs in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PredictDocs and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our products in violation of these Terms; (b) your content; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate access to PredictDocs products at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, without liability to you.

Upon termination: your licence to use our products ends; you may request an export of your data prior to account closure; we will retain and delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our products and legal requirements evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active users by email. Continued use of PredictDocs products after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PredictDocs is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.

16. General

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PredictDocs regarding our products.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
